Cooking Class with Wine Tasting in Rome
Availability: Every day at 12:00 PM – Saturday at 10:00 AM
Duration: Approximately 3 hours (1.5 hours of cooking + 1.5 hours of tasting)
Meeting Point: Restaurant near Campo De’ Fiori
Languages: Classes are in English (other languages available with an interpreter upon request)
Participants: Minimum 2 people / Maximum 55 people
Cooking Class Program:
- Learn how to prepare traditional tiramisù
- Handmade pasta preparation with two types of cuts: tagliolini and cavatelli
- Discover iconic Roman recipes: cacio e pepe, carbonara, and amatriciana
- Preparation of polpette al sugo, traditional Roman meatballs
Tasting After the Class:
After the class, sit down and enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared. A professional sommelier will guide you through wine pairings with 5 carefully selected Italian wines.
Menu:
- Tasting of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Tasting of the three types of pasta prepared and polpette al sugo
- Tiramisù

Group Classes:
- Adult Price: € 135,00 per person
- Price for children or non-drinkers: € 120,00 per person
Private Classes:
- For 2 people: € 200,00 per person
- Additional fee for Campo de’ Fiori market tour: + € 50,00 per person

Booking Conditions:
To finalize your reservation, we will need the following information:
- Confirmation of the chosen date
- Number of participants and their ages
- Intolerances, allergies, or special dietary requirements (to be reported at least 7 days before the activity)
- A valid phone number in Italy (or WhatsApp number)
- Postal address for invoicing
- Preferred payment method: Pre-payment required by bank transfer or via a payment link by credit card (3.9% fee for the secure Stripe system to be covered by the client).

– Payment required at the time of booking via bank transfer or credit card.
– Experiences are only refundable if canceled 72 business hours in advance; otherwise, they are considered non-refundable (excluding non-refundable booking fees).
– Reservations must be made by email or contact form at least 72 business hours in advance and are subject to availability. IMPORTANT: We do not accept any reservations made less than 72 business hours before the requested date.
– No reservation is guaranteed until pre-payment is made and proof of payment is provided.
