Learn How to Make Your Own Pizza in Rome
Discover the secrets of Italian pizza in this immersive cooking class in the heart of Rome. Under the guidance of an experienced Roman chef, you’ll learn how to create this icon of Italian gastronomy by preparing and cooking your own pizza. Everything is provided, from ingredients to aprons, all that’s missing is you and your enthusiasm! Option 1: Group Pizza and Tiramisù Class
Immerse yourself in Italian culinary culture and learn how to prepare an authentic Italian pizza and a delicious Tiramisù in the best cooking class in the heart of Rome. Guided by an expert chef, you will discover all the secrets to creating these two Italian classics.

Program:
Learn to prepare a classic Roman pizza with the help of a local Italian chef and make a traditional Tiramisù in the center of Rome. All necessary ingredients will be provided. In the first part of the class, you’ll learn to create the famous Italian dessert, Tiramisù. Our expert chef will guide you in layering ladyfingers soaked in espresso with creamy mascarpone, introducing you to the rich flavors and cultural significance of this beloved dessert. Then, you will create your own pizza.
After baking, enjoy your pizza and delicious Tiramisù with a glass of local wine, a limoncello, or coffee, and water.

For private or corporate groups, organize a customized class on request. Choose the time, language, and enjoy a fully privatized session for an exclusive experience!
This private cooking class takes place in a hidden studio in the alleys of Trastevere. Originally designed as an architecture studio, this space has been transformed into a multifunctional design space, perfect for discovering the secrets of Italian cuisine in a laboratory equipped with a professional kitchen and a pizza oven.
Availability: Daily with start times between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM or 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM
Location: Hidden studio in the alleys of Trastevere
Duration: Approximately 2.5/3 hours
Language: English – French – Italian (other languages on request)

- Open bar with bartender: starting from + € 45,00 per person. The open bar service will be available after the activity, not during the class. If the open bar is confirmed, the evening will be extended accordingly. Details of the Open bar: Before dinner: Welcome Prosecco and 1 cocktail of choice (Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Gin & Tonic, Mojito). During dinner: White and red wine, non-alcoholic drinks, water, and coffee. After dinner (Open Bar): Gin & Tonic, Mojito, Rum & Cola, Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour.

To finalize the booking, we will need the following information:
- Confirmation of the chosen date and time
- The option and any extras chosen
- Number of participants and age of participants
- Intolerances, allergies, or dietary restrictions (to be reported at least 7 days before the activity)
- A valid phone number in Italy (or WhatsApp number)
- Postal address for the invoice
- Preferred payment method: Pre-payment required by bank transfer or via a credit card payment link (3.9% fee for the secure Stripe system at the customer’s expense).

– Payment is required at the time of booking via bank transfer or credit card.
– Reservations must be made via email or contact form at least 72 hours in advance (business days) and are subject to availability. IMPORTANT: We do not accept any reservations made less than 72 hours (business days, Monday to Friday) before the requested date.
