Private airport transfers with a chauffeur from Fiumicino or Ciampino
Availability: Every day from 6 am to 10 pm (surcharge applies between 10 pm and 6 am, as well as on public holidays)
Duration: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 (depending on traffic and destination in Rome)
Meeting point: Pick-up: Airport arrival terminal / Drop-off: Your accommodation or upon request
Languages: Drivers speak Italian and, upon request, English
Private Vehicle Transfer Rates:
For your safety and comfort, your driver will wait for you directly at your arrival terminal and accompany you to your accommodation or the location of your choice. For the return journey, the driver will pick you up at your accommodation about 3 hours or 2.5 hours before your departure time (highly recommended) and take you to your terminal.
- 3-seater car: €70.00 per car / per transfer
- 6-seater minivan: €95.00 per minivan / per transfer
- 8-seater minivan: €110.00 per minivan / per transfer
All rates mentioned are valid for daytime transfers. Additional charges apply for night transfers, public holidays, and for the provision of child seats.
Surcharges
- Baby seat: + €5.00 per transfer and per seat
- Nighttime surcharge: + €20.00 per transfer
- Prosecco and glasses onboard: + €60.00 per bottle
- Champagne and glasses onboard: + €150.00 per bottle

Our private transfer service is available not only from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports but also from Rome’s main train stations or for in-town transfers. Ideal for corporate groups, school groups, associations, sports teams, or any other event requiring group transportation, our solutions adapt to your logistical needs to ensure smooth and hassle-free travel.
Large Group Transfer Rates
- 16-seater bus: Starting from €350.00 per bus and per transfer
- 24-seater bus: Starting from €390.00 per bus and per transfer
- 32-seater bus: Starting from €450.00 per bus and per transfer
- 49-seater bus: Starting from €500.00 per bus and per transfer
- 58-seater bus: Starting from €530.00 per bus and per transfer
For all bus transfers, Rome’s Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) fees (mandatory, starting from €120.00) must be added for destinations within the city center.
Surcharges for Bus Arrivals or Large Groups
- Airport assistance: Starting from €30.00/hour (minimum 3 hours), highly recommended for large bus arrivals as the driver cannot leave the bus to greet the group at the Terminal exit.
- Nighttime surcharge: + 20% of the transfer price
Booking Information:
To proceed with the booking, please provide the following information with your request:
- Name or logo to display on the welcome sign
- Arrival airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino)
- Whether you need a one-way or round-trip transfer
- Destination address
- Confirmation of the flight date and time + flight numbers
- A valid phone number for the group (WhatsApp)
- Postal address for invoicing
- Preferred payment method:
To confirm your booking, a prepayment is required by bank transfer, or if you prefer to pay by credit card, we will send you a payment link via email. Please note that all bank fees and taxes will be borne by the client (3.9% for the Stripe secure payment system).
Please note that no booking is guaranteed until prepayment is made and proof of payment is received (during business hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday).
Terms and Conditions:
- Payment required at the time of booking by bank transfer or secure credit card payment system (Stripe)
- Payment, cancellation, and refund details are provided on the invoice sent by email
- Reservations by email or contact form must be made at least 72 hours in advance (Monday to Friday, subject to availability)
Additional Information:
- Any unplanned stop or detour will be billed directly to the driver
- Modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the transfer time (Monday to Friday) to guarantee the change; otherwise, a €15.00 surcharge will apply
- All prices include taxes and tolls
- For journeys outside of Rome or hourly or multi-day arrangements, please request a personalized quote via email
