Private Airport Transfers in Rome (Fiumicino & Ciampino)
Availability: Daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (surcharge applies for night transfers and public holidays)
Duration: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes (depending on traffic and your destination in Rome)
Meeting Point: Airport arrival terminal or specified address

Note for Large Groups: For bus transfers, an airport assistant is strongly recommended, as the driver cannot wait for passengers directly at the airport exit. The parking area is approximately a 10-minute walk from the arrival terminal.
Supplements for Large Groups
- Airport Assistance: From €30.00/hour (minimum 3 hours) + possible transfer fees
- Night Transfer (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): 20% surcharge on total booking

Booking Procedure
To confirm your booking, please provide the following details:
– Flight numbers and schedules, airport terminal, and destination address
– Type of vehicle selected
– Preferred date and time for the transfer
– Names for the welcome signs at arrival
– Active phone number and full names of passengers (also reachable via WhatsApp)
– Billing address
Sales Conditions
– Payment in advance via bank transfer or secure credit card system (Stripe).
– Cancellation and refund policies detailed on the invoice sent by email.
– Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance (Monday to Friday, subject to availability).
Additional Information
– Any extra stops or route deviations must be paid in supplement.
– Booking modifications can be made up to 72 hours before the transfer.
(After this period, a fee will be applied if changes are possible.)
– All prices include taxes and tolls.
