A day in one of Italy’s most important theme parks, do you like it? Not far from the famous Roman Cinecittà studios, a vast park stretches out, around the theme of cinema, for a moment of pure entertainment and fun, to share with family or friends.
You can switch between several universes.
Cinecittà World main park
A melting-pot of fantastic worlds, Cinecittà World is the heart of the park. Here anything is possible: you can travel to new planets, return to 1920s America, fight against alien monsters or immerse yourself in the history of cinema. Cinecittà World is the gateway to the imagination!
The attractions :
> A journey through the blockbusters that have marked history. You will visit the film set of ancient Egypt, between temples and pharaohs, then that of the cemetery of the living dead, with its Gothic cathedral, and finally the temple of Herod, among the statues of ancient Rome.
> 6D interactive cinema: the worst cinematic nightmares in history materialize on the screen.
> Roller coasters but without leaving the ground! A VR (virtual reality) attraction that lets you take a ride on the world’s most daring roller coaster, comfortably seated in an armchair!
> The war of the worlds: defend humanity against alien attacks! A quiet day on the streets of New York is disrupted by the arrival of an army of spaceships. The panic spreads across the city. Martians surround you. You are immersed in 360 degrees in the setting of an apocalyptic film. Can you prevent the end of the world?
> Cinecittà World pays homage to 80 years of Cinecittà with an exhibition that includes statues, works of art and unique pieces made for films shot in historic studios in Rome since 1937.
Acquaworld
Aqua World is the Park’s new aquatic space. Next to the Cinepiscina, the only cinematographic swimming pool in the world, the slow Paradiso river flows quietly. You can swim there and let yourself be rocked aboard comfortable canoes.
The attractions
> The Cinepiscina is a large 1700 square meter body of water with cannons and water games as well as an imposing maxi-screen to enjoy films, shows and programs directly in the cool water. The pool is surrounded by hundreds of umbrellas and sunbeds. The water depth varies from 15cm to 1m to keep even children entertained safely. Prepare your swimsuit and enjoy the Dolce Vita
> Next to this swimming pool, a very fine sand beach will transport you to Thailand, to the famous Phuket Beach! Guests can enjoy massages in a pagoda and typical Thai dishes. Ready for an escape to the tropics?
The reign of ice
This is the first indoor snow park in Italy! Have fun on the snow all year round and experience the magic of winter in Rome. Enjoy four different attractions in one lodge where it snows every day .. without having to wear ski suits.

> Climb aboard your bobsleigh, hold on tight and descend, challenging the breathtaking curves of this icy track.
> Climb pristine mountains and take part in a snowball fight with your friends.
> A long slide and numerous descents await you. Who will be faster between you and your friends?
> A giant ice rink to slide at full speed with colorful dolphins by your side!
This summer, Cinecittà World is opening 2 new attractions for your enjoyment:
– Assassin’s Creed: the world’s first attraction based on a video game!
Assassin’s Creed arrives in the Wild West: thanks to virtual reality, you will become the protagonist of one of the most successful action-adventure video game series of all time. You will enter the Temple of Anubis to challenge the Templars and the giant snakes. Good luck !
– The Volarium:
On the occasion of the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci’s death, Cinecittà World celebrates genius with this flying cinema. Thanks to a simulator, you will fly at a height of more than 10 meters, above the works of Leonardo da Vinci and the Florence of the 16th century.
Volarium received the best Italian attraction in the Oscars sector: the Parksmania Awards.
Cinecittà World is also a number of significant events during the year:
– August 15 party: every day from August 8 to 15, a fireworks display will be fired by the Italian world champion!
– Halloween: The park will be transformed by horror. Thrills guaranteed!
